Vulcaia and Vulcaia Fumé were the first wines produced by Inama in 1991. The idea was to show the potential of the Soave Classico area, not yet with its classic wine, but with a new interpretation of the Sauvignon that, grown for the first time on its volcanic soil, gave a completely new and different version from the French variety.
Sauvignon produced on volcanic soil, on the Monte Foscarino.
Vines “domesticated” by the territory, with aromas and notes which are different from the typical varietal notes.
