Arlùs, from the Romagna dialect, to sparkle, shine, shine. This dry wine is obtained from 100% ALBANA grapes, a part harvested in late harvest with the presence of botrytis cinerea, the noble rot, which gives it characteristic notes to the nose and an enviable brilliance. Ideal with fresh handmade pasta, an aperitif with blue cheeses and shellfish-based preparations.
