Produced from selected grapes of ALBANA DELLA SERRA subjected to natural drying hung on mobile frames, then vinified with soft pressing and fermentation in vitrified cement tanks at a controlled temperature in the presence of selected yeasts.
It has a shiny golden yellow color with amber shades, a broad and persistent aroma with hints of raisins, honey and ripe fruit, a delicately sweet flavor.
Serve cool.
