“Amarcord d’un ross”, from the Romagna dialect, “I remember a red”. Wine obtained from a careful selection of 85% SANGIOVESE and 15% CABERNET SAUVIGNON grapes. The wine ages in French oak barrels for about 12 months. Ruby red with garnet hues with a cherry and chocolate flavor. It goes well with roasts and red meats.
