The first news of the FAMOSO (Rambella grape) dates back to 1437 in some documents found in Lugo di Romagna. The particular aromatic note is the perfectly recognizable characteristic of this vine. Famoso and Chardonnay are an excellent combination for a fruity but not too intense wine (Chardonnay extinguishes the vivacity of the Famous) that goes well with first courses and fish.
