Cabochon is the most prestigious Franciacorta of Monte Rossa. It has been created after a research, begun in 1985, of a more careful selection of the crus of the Monte Rossa hill and with a new winemaking system that introduced the barriques for the first fermentation in the must.The results were such that the wine obtained has established itself among the corporate labels.
